Can anyone help me get in touch with Gordon Ramsay, I would like to interview him for our website. (shiftdrink.com)
We have already interviewed Tony Liu from August, Damien Brassel from Knife & Fork, and Chef Neil Manacle from Bar Americain.
Check them out if you like.

We appreciate the link to your site. I think that if you want people here to visit and/or contribute there you will need to post here with some frequency. Good luck.

When Miguel suggested you post here, I think he meant content, not merely requests to assist with your site.

three suggestions:

1. enough with the push for the website, ok? if you want help, don't just use this board - get to know it, contribute, ask your questions nicely and go easy on self-promotion

2. if you want to interview any chef, spell his name correctly - it's Ramsay

3. if you really want to interview Ramsay, contact Susan Magrino PR

good luck

Who is "me?" Are you a website run by three persons or an individual?

He's trolling on CH for content as well (rather clumsily, I might add). Someone has already called him out on it.

There is nothing in our guidelines that prohibits people from doing so. It might not be done in the most elegant manner, but it's not against the rules.

Interestingly enough, the "CH team" also felt it isn't against their rules (with caveat):

When you've been around a while longer, you will realize that you have not seen "upset"--yet.

Exactly. There's something to be said for well managed hypocrisy.

It's just not very diplomatic to be a newcomer to a well established website community, contribute no content, and just promote yourself and ask for help. Best to take it slow, get to know the site, contribute and discuss, and leave the self-promotion and requests for help for later.
