Wonderful photography, and delightful presentations.

I was impressed with the variety of plating elements used in the meal. It's interesting how a square or triangular plate may complement a dish in a way that might escape a round plate.

Some of those plates look suspiciously like Thomas Keller's signature line. Is this the case?
