I don't know what "mozz samosa" is, but it sounds like a great alias...

Samosa stuffed with mozzarella?

I'd sure like to try the crab and shrimp stuffed pappadum followed by the Boar Ribs and Rabbit.

Tulsi, pronounced TOOL-see

no, it's not. "tul", with a soft t, rhymes with "pull"-see.

“One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. 'Oh, no!', I said, 'Disneyland burned down.' He cried and cried, but I think that deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.”

I was thinking of trying Tulsi tonight, but nobody there is picking up the phone. Perhaps they haven't started doing Sunday dinner yet (the listings I've seen include Sunday hours)? It's in one of those neighborhoods where there's really nothing else you want to do if you show up and the place is closed. Not remote, just, well, nothing there really. Oh, Sparks I suppose. Or the Consulate of the Bahamas, but they probably don't do Sunday dinner either.

i suspect they will answer the phones once the restaurant is actually open for business.

pot pie implies the whole top is dough based, dum pukht the dough seals the cover on no?
Why not mayo?
