i have to say that some early courses of my meal last august absolutely felt like the kitchen was just assembling the food. also, one of the highlights of my mal last year was a dish called umami jelly--so if hedone has given up on "“umami” concoctions" then this must be a very recent development.
it does look like the mayo-crab ratio in that dish has been adjusted. there was far too much of the hazelnut mayo on the crab i got.

current recipe: keema chops (indian-style croquettes)
facts are meaningless. you could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true!

Opinion is divided among my (non internet) foodie friends in London, and I started off not very impressed when it opened.
My meals there this year have been superb. Really the best in London.
