Oysters were always a classic Manhattan and Brooklyn specialty, often taken from the East River. The shores were lined with shells.

An oyster dish on the menu would be a wonderful tie-back to the 1800s.

Seriously. Were you people raised by Wolves? Only during R months. I was taught that in the cradle.
