Benno, casual?

Sorry, “casual-leaning.”

What a useless piece. I would have spiked it. What are the real reasons for shared plate menus in this city, are they really going away, and is that because the real reasons are no longer operative?

Whatever the answers, those are the questions young Kurt: do over.

Quilted Giraffe. Tapas. Circular plates. Sharing economy. Socialism.

As Private Eye used to have its writers say to the editor: “Will that do?”

Kurt ticked boxes. Surprised diversity wasn’t in there.

The circular plating is such a mind blowing insight, into what I don’t know.

I have long wondered what a poussin is.

I have long wondered where to buy a good one - D'Artagnan's isn't bad, as a matter of fact.
