Meanwhile, could Diana Vishneva possibly be more beautiful?

She's beyond a Bonk List. More like a Worship List.

I mean, you wouldn't put her namesake on a Bonk List. You'd get turned into a hart and devoured by your own hounds.

(I wish Melissa Errico had been there, though.)
I just noticed your posts about Melissa. She and our daughter Jen attended the same performing arts summer camp, French Woods, for several summers many years ago. Melissa's talent was quite evident back then.

I don't love the Sibelius Fifth, but boy did the Philadelphia Orchestra do a number on it tonight.

Epiphany at BAM is just great.
If there are any tickets left for the rest of the run, I really encourage everyone to go.

I got really pissed off when they made us wait out in the freezing cold to get into the Radiohole show at the Performing Garage tonight.
But I was immediately made happier when they gave everybody cupcakes ("Zombie cupcakes!") made by a performer who, it turns out, used to make pastry at Jean Georges. (And then, in the Radiohole tradition, free beer!)
Funnily enough, I had previously seen a show that basically recounted, almost in real time (it lasted most of a day), that performer's adolescent sex life. It never revealed that she eventually became a pastry line cook in New York.

Von Hove's The Crucible is really fantastic.
I never thought I'd ever like this play -- but like this I love it.
On a related note, Tavi Gevinson takes one more step in her march to world domination.
