ha! perhaps you could have taken the actual stemware home?  We walked by last night, as we walked by most of brooklyn last night.

Noted on the lamb chili.  Miss A and myself just purchased two 125 lb lambs that are in the process of being "processed"

We ended up doing most of our drinking at Tip Top Bar on Franklin Ave.

Had dinner here last night with three of my buddies.. We had a wonderful dinner.. Shared everything.  We started with fried oysters, fried clams and purslane salad.  There was a mid meal course of BLT that was really nice.  Thick bread, thick bacon, really great french fries that appeared to be made in house.  The trout dish remains a winner.  There was a pork dish that was ok, it had a bbq sauce that I was not expecting.. I rarely enjoy the KC style of BBQ Sauce. Everyone else said good things.  But, service was friendly. Food came out slightly slow but, we were dranking.

First time at the restaurant for everyone but me. Everyone left saying very positive things about the food.

A write-up in the New Yorker.  Bar Tab certainly isn't driven by trendiness.

Love myself some tip top, our staff party is tomorrow night and we will end it there as we did last year.. Really sad news that the main guy died this year.. I had the pleasure of having a few beers with his niece @ a my local bar.. But, this man was such a bright light, the world is missing him for sure..
