Sur la Table now has what seems to me to be a very good price on All-Clad Copper Core.  I just got a big set.  Hope I like them as much as I think I will.

When are you breaking them in?

I assume I'll start the evening they arrive (unless I'm making something that night in the cast-iron skillet -- which isn't going anywhere).

I'll bet your wine will start tasting better when you use your new cookware.

Wow, the lasagna pan and oven mitts are so in-demand they're on back order.

Oven mitts?

Folded over (a fee times) dry side-towels, for true professionalism.

I'm not working the line. I enjoy a well designed oven mitt.

Actually, the pot holders I now use kind of double as mitts, as they have these holders for your hands on the back.  I really like them.

If only there was a better design than the one I mention above.

As I was butchering my rabbit today, I noticed that it was unusually bloody.  Then I realized it was me and not it.  Happily, it was one of the rabbit's ribs that got me -- not my own knifeware.

Unfortunately, the pots and pans are also on back order.

Maybe Amazon depleted the stock.

Then that happened.

I think this price was so low (materially lower than Amazon's) that the offer got an unexpected response.

Do you get any additional gifts to compensate for the delay?  Apron?  Utensils?

No.  They already threw in a lasagna pan, oven mitts, and a colander.
