I'm going to that same concert at Kings Theater on Saturday, and I sure couldn't tell you which of the multitude of Caribbean places around there are the best.

Wait - you're going to a rock and roll show?

I was thinking he's off to the "So, You Think You Can Dance" road company performance or maybe the Beard & Moustache competition. Probably Jethro Tull or Ringo's band tho.

Most excellent.

Really, it's Yo La Tengo -- but mainly I just want to see the restoration job on the interior of the theater.

Nick Lowe should be headlining.

Nick Lowe was good and vital in the '70s.  Yo La Tengo are still good and vital now.

He should join them on-stage.  Then they'd be Lo Ya Tengo.  But you already got that.  :rotfl:   :)

I'll bet he will (as you may know, this is their acoustic "covers" tour) -- and I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes that joke.
