I love it so much that I really try to avoid volumetric baking recipes.
Why not mayo?

It reads up to 3000 g at a precision of 0.1 g, and the reading updates relatively quickly. It's great – for coffee, probably better than anything else until you get up to the $100+ range of Acaia scales or whatever.


I didn't tip at Per Se either.

Right, but I paid $12 for my scale. The Sette 30 is literally $250 cheaper than the Sette 270W.
