Twice now we've gotten ~7 PM walk-ins on a Saturday without a wait. I guess this is more of a during-the-day place?

The food is great, but the menu setup makes it quite easy to unintentionally put together a meal that's unsatisfying in terms of progression. It's tasty, but there's not much that really works even like a main.

Tonight, in the end, I was pretty full, and I liked everything I ate as far as it went, but it didn't quite add up to a satisfying meal just because, well, I ordered wrong, I guess. But it looks quite easy to order wrong?
I didn't tip at Per Se either.

About a month ago I tried a 930 walk in a Saturday and it was absolutely slammed.

Maybe 7 is just early for them, then.
I didn't tip at Per Se either.

Saturday walk-ins tend to be tough in and around that 'hood, in my opinion.  We tried to walk into Pasquale Joes at 6:15 Saturday - quoted well over an hour wait.
