Nice recipe in Wine Spectator for a seafood-fattened risotto. Clams, shrimp, stock and broccoli rabe.

  Lots of reach in the Cotton Row menu, with Kodiak halibut and fiddleheads, etc
The same chef also owns Galley & Garden in Birmingham.

I can only speak to G & G...and would not recommend it.
