The grand-kids' Christmas stockings.

D-i-l returned them sometime maybe a month ago, I remember stashing them...somewhere. Have ransacked house.

Clock's ticking...

It's not my circus,

not my monkeys.

Don’t worry. They’ll turn up.

On Wednesday.

My external hard drive was in a secure drawer in my desk. What moron put it there? Oh...okay.

Bread knives are escapologists.

They've got nothing on socks. Mine are Houdini-grade.

I couldn't find my water bottle. Then I realized it was hanging from my finger. I was holding a bunch of other stuff, so it's not like I could see it (although I had just filled it, so it should at least have felt heavy).

I do the same thing with my keys, too.

I don't understand how one can lose a bread, or any other knife (not table ware) used in the kitchen by the cook.

Don't your knives go right back into a block, or onto a magnetic strip, or someplace where they always reside?

Drink much coffee?

2 - 3 cups a day.

Those stovetop "espresso" makers don't see much use!

If only I was the only person who only ever touched kitchenware, it would certainly help.

They move within the knife block. Don’t ask me how.
