Water, Pea Protein Isolate, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Refined Coconut Oil, Contains 2% or less of the following: Cellulose from Bamboo, Methylcellulose, Potato Starch, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Dried Yeast, Gum Arabic, Citrus Extract (to protect quality), Ascorbic Acid (to maintain color), Beet Juice Extract (for color), Acetic Acid, Succinic Acid, Modified Food Starch, Annatto (for color).

I like it how it contains 2% or less of 18 things, so it could be 36% those things.

And pea seems like a pretty unreasonable source of protein but maybe worth it for them to differentiate against the wheat + soy of Impossible.

sandwiches that are large and filling and do not contain tuna or prawns

It’s a hot sandwich, convenient and familiar and tasty when done right

I like the cheese and butter aspect of a grilled cheese, so I feel the sandwich would not fare as well without those things. trying to avoid dairy as much as possible.

got in late last night/this morning. Not living my best life right now...  Anyway, i dont like to waste food and the burgers come in a two pack.. Less messing around, i just flattened it on the grill and left it alone.. cooked it longer, had more of an outside char.

Added big mac sauce.. i don't know if I am feeling better but, certainly not worse than before..

If you eat stuff like that Big Mac sauce, I don't see what the use is of avoiding dairy or even meat.

i do i do.. but, if I grilled meat patties on my office foreman, all hell would break loose, i would burn the place down, the raccoons would attack, the place would be a greasy filthy mess..

Make the bad man stop mommy...

Just enough to griddle both side without squishing:

It taste like sage and some spices but, very heavy on the sage.. Textural wise, it was pleasant.. It had a slight snap and not super mushy... It tasted closer to a mix between italian and breakfast sausage.. It called for ketchup, i hate ketchup and i had a craving to pair the two, so I did.   \

It arrived frozen, i microwaved for a minute, then I grilled for about 4, toasted the bun, breakfast/lunch was served.
