Didn't they take the bugs out like years ago?

At the Milk Room in Chicago, you can pay a lot to drink pre-debugged Campari.

How do we feel about the Milk Room?

I think you need to interpret what I'm saying in a reasonable way.

On Bar Rescue, Taffer periodically finds bugs in the booze.

I'm ashamed to say I had a good time there.

i kind of agree, but i don't know if i could see myself going there again. the prices are unforgiving. it is literally trivial to spend as much on two drinks there as the entire tasting menu at mccrady's. a single drink is as much as dinner for one at joe beef.

When I was growing up, most people had a bottle of cochineal extract in their cupboards as a food coloring.

I can see it's an issue for strict vegetarians or vegans, but they're not like...really advanced creatures.

Who's not advanced? The bugs, or the vegans? ;)

I'm pretty sure I've a bottle of pre-bug Campari hidden somewhere in my apartment.  Along with pre-changed bottles of Rittenhouse, Overholt, Plymouth, etc. etc.  Fucking marketers and profit seekers!
