I had arrived in China at 6 pm, we got to our hotel and were picked up an hour later.. We were meeting some work friends. The food was all ready layed out. There was tons of beer and rice wine.

This restaurant is known for this dish,. A whole chicken cooked in this rich broth and served with these dumpling skins.. Such a delicious and rich broth, the chicken was beautiful.

and of course the rice wine.. I drank two bottles with three people and I was the best night I would sleep for the next two weeks.
