I never liked running, but happily my body eventually gave me good excuses for not doing it.

Good news, those Vietnamese crab boil places are keto friendly! A pound of snow crab in butter garlic sauce and some sausages, then best diet food I can think of. Meanwhile, three people yesterday commented on how skinny I looked. I had a double cheeseburger and grilled chicken for breakfast.

So, I’m away for a week and carrying on with this fakakta diet. The one issue, the hotel doesn’t have a scale. I haven’t weighed myself in 4 days. Can I assume eating double cheeseburgers twice a day is still working. It’s very unsettling without being able to track my weight.

So Las Vegas was quite a ketostrophe,  i gained like 4 lbs.. I blame the lack of scales, the amount of peanuts I ate and the amount of steaks after midnight I had eaten... Oh well, the suit fit..  I may be vegan next week.
