I was waiting for Rich to post.

He knew her before she was a virgin.

If you doubt she was a major singer, BTW, give a listen to the duo album she did with her fellow recent decedent André Previn.

I was waiting for Rich to post.

He knew her before she was a virgin.

I was invited to her 100th Birthday Party, but she didn't make it.

Some great stories about her and Mickey Mantle.

Great life and some memories to cherish.

A constant presence in my childhood home because her movies were always in rotation on the three channels of television we had.

This seems weird now, but I believe she was kind of a formative influence, in the sense she was one of the first actresses I had a crush on. I am talking when I was 7 or 8.
