@Ori - with the espelettes, are you drying them for grinding, or using fresh? Both?

 

Confit in olive oil, pulled out the seeds (easier after they're cooked, actually), then ground together into a smooth paste with a bit of salt. Lasted about a week, I'm guessing if you want to keep it longer you'd need to freeze.

Taking my cue from Sneakeater, spigarello!

 

Also, Quattro Farms whole chicken.  Pork chops (look real good) from someone.  Peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, breakfast radishes, corn. Flowers for wife.
