They're probably fake unless the provenance is airtight.

Big format like that has some preposterous counterfeit rate

But the counterfeit is probably much better than the original would be.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch #1 at Le Bernardin. My favorite meal of the trip, though my favorite dish of the trip was from EMP. The baba was the highlight of the meal, though it was all fantastic. Except maybe the merluza. It was just ok (but that's likely due to personal preference rather than the dish itself).
