Yves Klein exhibit at the Pompidou, Paris.

I really like the Yves Klein blue one can see on the sculpture at Tru, Chicago. ;)

O&Co Tapenade Set with Passard, Frenchon, etc.

This O&Co tapenade set features four Michelin starred chefs, including Passard (L'Arpege, ***), Eric Frenchon (Bristol, **), M Roth (L'Espadon, I believe unless he moved, *) and Alain Llorca (I think he might have taken over Le Moulin de Mougins?).

A good, inexpensive gift for a foodie.

Pheasant Dishes

I had an average pheasant bow-tie-shaped pasta dish at Babbo recently. The meat was shredded into large pieces, and the pasta was accompanied by a tomato-based, slightly-sweet tasting sauce.

I'm going to try the Eleven Madison Park pheasant dish soon, but wondered what other restaurants have pheasant dishes to try.

L'Esprit de Courvoisier by the Glass?

Does anybody know where, in major US East Coast/Chicago/Western European cities, L'Esprit de Courvoisier can be tasted by the glass? :D
