I've heard reliable second-hand reports that "Broken Tooth" Sing has closed (at least under its original chef). I don't know if the venue (the guy's apartment, so unlikely) will reopen under another chef, but it's all over for this excellent (worldwide standards) eating venue. :o

This guy's whole-sharks' fin-in-top-bouillon was amazing. At the level of Fook Lam Moon. :o
