Got a copy of The Foods of Israel Today. Oy vey. The many factual errors give random food blogs a good name, and Today seems to mean 1978 on average. In sharp contrast, Wolfert's The Food of Morocco - I always suspect that Wolfert improves on the original recipes, and this is no exception.
