I did a little research and found that it is Mickey Rourke. I didn't recognize him at all. It was just a guess. Man, he looks bad.

If you are that broad in the chest and your boobs tend to drift away from centre......for the love of all that is holy...WEAR A BRA!!! That is not a good look.
