You can sprinkle a little bit of instant powdered coffee (not freeze-dried) onto a scoop of vanilla ice cream over which you've just poured a wee bit of liqueur.

i seem to vaguely remember some old (european?) ad implying the instant stuff is less harmful although in what way i have no idea...

eta: Oh, I just saw that. Must be for companies who want to private label it.
