Tammy LaGorce has an article on the food blogging culture in NJ. She notes that restaurants are paying closer attention to what's written about them, and, in some cases, responding quickly to concerns.

But look at her form! Her lips are way too pursed. That's very bad technique (not that I know about those things, but if I did, I'd have to say her form sucked, and it ain't all about sucking!).
