I need to look at a map; I'm having a hard time figuring out where, exactly, this thing is being built.

Okay, looking at THIS MAP, I see that it would front 65th, facing the W. Reade Theater.

The map clearly isn't accurate enough* - I don't see a reflecting pool anywhere.
