My Celtics have got my nails chewed down to the quick. I know Danny Ainge was thinking long-term in his trading activities, but it sure left things cold for the rest of this season. <_<

He's also had bad luck with injuries. But he does get paid the big bucks.

Remember when he bit that guy's ear? Shocking behaviour for a Celtics player, but I loved him, anyway.

He was a hungry ball player.

Yeah, they don't get paid enough to buy food, so they have to grab what they can get on the job. :P

Wow, how about those Hornets stealing a game in LA. I'll get to see at least one game while I am in NOLA  .

Just listening to radio discussion of last night. "How do you think the Celtics are planning to handle Amare Stoudemire because he looked unstoppable last night?" "They'll probably just hope the Knicks forget to go to him in the last quarter again."

Yea, heard that too on Mike and Mike. What a let down. What pissed me off was the celebrating after Douglas hit that 3, as if up by 10, when it was only 2 or 3 and with almost a full minute to play. Get back on D and stay focused, fools! Letís hope they bounce back but Iíll be surprised if they win 2 games.

Seeing Durant and Westbrook put up superstar performances in the playoffs for the Zombie Sonics breaks my heart all over again.... :(

I saw Kevin in person for each of the 16 home UT games his only year as a Longhorn - continually amazed us with his shots. Seems to be a genuinely good guy, too.

The Lakers were off offensively, but they played defense for a change and evened things up tonight.

Something is off with the Lakers. They don't look like they can make it to the finals, much less repeat.

The Lakers were able to beat the Hornets tonight. And they look to beat them in 6 or if need be 7 games. But the Hornets have exposed the fact that the Lakers are an aging team and one that is all too prone to injuries. Somehow Doc Rivers is able to win with older players on the Celts. Maybe Phil needs to study his technique.

Yet again the Lakers became the Fakers and blew home court advantage in a playoff series. This series could be the end of their three peat hopes.

For a team with visions of a threepeat, the Lakers have figured out a different way to lose each time this series. This time out, playing without Artest, they had a lead halfway thru the 4th then lost it and could not come back. Poor fouls. Poor defense. And a lack of a three point game are killing them. Yes, they are older, but they seem to have great difficulty making and defending against the trey. That has proved to be fatal.

The Lakers seem to be neck in neck with the Celtics in the losing department. We'll see if the Celtics stick with the Lakers trend or if they break free tonight.

Sorry, Hollywood! I understand how you feel!!

Thanks. :(
Undoubtedly, we will learn that Kobe has been playing in pain with an injured foot/ankle. But what's Gasol's problem? He's not playing championship ball. Artest picked the wrong time to go bipolar. Fisher is plainly at the end of his days. When the season ends I wonder what changes Buss will make.
