A big shout out to Mrs. and Mr. fantasty for recommending this small batch ice cream maker. My favorite is the salty caramel ice cream - a salty and not to sweet dynamite combo. Just recently had the strawberry/ricotta (made with Salvatore's ricotta) which is pretty damn good too.

Any relation to the old Massachusetts chain, one of the first to do mix-ins? I have fond memories of eating Steve's hot fudge sundaes on a family trip to Cape Cod.
