The claim is that in spite of doing maximum patronage the place is losing 700,000E per year. He makes up for it by selling books, he says. Hmmm....

I don't know why I feel I compelled to explain that I was making fun of M. Wells Diner, not El Bulli.
I was making fun of Umbria and eating pets but I'm not quite sure how.
