The cocktail menu at Kinfolk Studio/Frej is just as annoying, but in a different way:

I know people don't like organizing menus by course any more, but is it too much to ask that menus not deliberately be made difficult to even read?

have you ever been to symposium by columbia? probably not, and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. but their menu, drawn in the 70s I believe, is very similar in appearance.

It's a very clever menu design. Obviously it's no substitute for the food being good, but it's nice to see someone go their own way.

But they have the dumbest and most useless website in the galaxy.
