So you are going to choose some cheeses. You're creating a cheese plate.

There's lots of potential cheeses out there. But the right cheese combination is important.

Which 4 or 5 cheeses are you going to serve ? AND WHY !

And to make it more focused, let's start off by saying that the cheeses must all come from the same country.

Who has a French cheese plate that they are especially proud of ? An Italian one ? Spanish ? American ? Japanese ?
