haven't they just back-tracked on this saying the information was leaked before the program was officially approved?They want to pay you!The Japanese Ministry for The Prevention of Tourism has decided to offer 10,000 visitors a free trip to Japan next year. Knowing how they think, I'm sure such a visit would involve a day trip to Fukushima
