Um Segredo

OK so here are the first details. The name of the entire thing will be called Um Segredo. Sticking to my portuguese roots it obviously means a secret. The first dates will be november 4th and 5th followed by the 10th and 11th. Im going to max it at 8 people for each event. The menu for the first two will probably be the same and follow the menu i posted earlier. But i will look at it and repost if need be. The following menu will more then likely change and i will post that when its ready. As far as cost of such a thing goes well the first 2 will be a cash donation of $75. Im sure the second two will be the same. If i can get a hold of white truffles soon i will do a tasting just for them. Be kind of crazy and let you guys do the shaving! LOL As far as reservations are concerned it will basically be a first come first serve basis. Please email your requests to umsegredo12@gmail.com. Please remember that they are byob as well. any other details like locations and such will me emailed to the party members as the locations will change from time to time. The first two however will be in my apartment. Cant wait to see you guys there.
If i have forgotten something please let me know.
The menu for the first one. Subject to slight changes
Coriander cured snapper
textures of papaya, chili oil
Sweet potato and beef tongue salad
Rocket, pepitas, cranberry
Seared scallops
Pickled fennel puree, Red wine figs
Portuguese pot pie
Cod brandad, Roasted garlic
Morcilla(blood sausage) stuffed tripe
Piquillos sauce, spanish almonds
Tasting of pheasant
Spatzle, celery root
"Pumpkin Pie"

The second dates, 10 and 11 are Thurs and Fri, is that correct?

She actually emailed me and asked me a couple questions. So i sort of saw it coming but i really thougth it would just be a blurb and not an article. The entire point of this is to do menu testing, keep my name on peoples tongues, and have a ton of fun with everyone! So if i can do that its going to be good. I am really excited to do this for everyone. I have so many ideas right now!
