I was a guest at a recent cocktail demonstration at Lantern's Keep, a secluded bar in the Iroquois Hotel. Theo Lieberman, a Petraske alum, is the mixer. The occasion became somewhat Bacchanalian, but I got some photos and video.

Are carbonated cocktails all the rage among the cognoscenti? I loved the carbonated negroni.

Nice place. We'll often use it as a landing zone between shows, if there's a break before dinner, or church, etc.

Theo has been entering contests with various drink combinations. Some of them are pretty imaginative. Smart guy, he'll research what other products the parent company produces and see if they can be included in the recipe, etc.

She's still on the website, and I am sure some of her drinks are on the menu, but I think it's a consulting gig. Theo seems to run the show.
