I followed a mention of chef Stella Parks of Table 310 as one of Food & Wine's best new pastry chefs. The restaurant has a good website, featuring their locally sourced produce, and microbrewed (on site) products. The cheese menu draws from Michigan, Colorado, Sardinia, as well as Italy, France, Spain, etc.
