this is the show that stunt casted barry sobel for the 3 minutes he was hot after teaching tom hanks how to do standup for a sally field movie.Last night at Second City, Hollywood, I saw this. It was basically an improv'd version of a half hour 227 show with some commercials and PSAs from the 80s. Not bad actually and they had the theme music to start it off as well.
“One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. 'Oh, no!', I said, 'Disneyland burned down.' He cried and cried, but I think that deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.”
