Expect to find soul food favorites such as macaroni and cheese, rice and gravy, coleslaw and collard greens at the restaurant. Of course, the speciality dish is Flav’s fried chicken, which he says he seasons before it’s coated in flour for deep frying. Another speciality dish, the red velvet waffle, comes at the hands of his business partner, Farrah Gray.
