Now all we need are suggestions and as you said, Roberta's and Blanca can't be on the list because they're destinations.

Roberta's is still a pizza joint with a delivery service.

I'd put Bushwich in a thread with Williamsburg and Greenpoint. To me, that's what it seems culturally related to.
(I'll note that although we have plenty of threads about different places in Williamsburg, we don't have a "Best Mouthfuls" thread for non-destinations there.)

Isn't this a standard non-destinations Best Of thread?(I'll note that although we have plenty of threads about different places in Williamsburg, we don't have a "Best Mouthfuls" thread for non-destinations there.)

Wikipeedia distinguishes it thus:
Bushwick is bound by Williamsburg to the west, East New York to the east, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Brownsville to the south, and Ridgewood, Queens to the north.[4] It is served by Postal Service zip codes 11207, 11221 and 11237.[5] Bushwick was once an independent town and has undergone various territorial changes throughout its history.

(Actually, most of what we call Bushwick -- including, for example, Roberta's -- is in Williamsburg.)
That was a claim popular with real-estate agents and meek locals about 5 years ago. "Come visit us, we're in 'East Williamsburg'". Now everyone genuinely in East Williamsburg says they're in Bushwick.

I knew this British dude 6 years ago that bought several houses in Bushwick for peanuts and insisted it would be the next big thing and derided the East Williamsburg label. I don't know if the real estate has appreciated much yet but I guess he was on to something...
My opinions are obviously my personal opinions. Not yours. Not universal.
