A few of us managed to find Tapas Adela by accident--we asked the cabbie to take us to Fell's Point and he happened to drop us off here. You could do worse than have some nice, potent sangria and share tapas. We ordered about 6 or 7 and they were more than enough for 4 people. Highlights were the fried calamari, blistered padron peppers, albondigas de calamari (squid and pork meatballs with squid ink rice), and the marinated pork belly (which tasted like the offspring of BBQ and Chinese sweet roast pork).
