Everything is still in the talking phases and they were waiting for the word on the meeting. That went well and now we all have to sit down and hammer it all out. Ill let you guys know when i have more details. I mean i wont be working the stalls often. Im more creating the menu and making sure it all goes well. The menu is going to be very simple. Dont want to bite off more then we can chew. Want to start with like 8 really good items done very well. Going to do a shrimp roll instead of a lobster roll i think. Dont have the proper man power to do the kind of lobster roll i would want to do! LOL Plus id like to make it affordable for people. We shall see.
