Can I send Meyer lemons? What is forbidden? I tried Googling but I am sick and my brain is broken.

they sure want to know about liquor and tobacco products.
Isn't nice to know you can bring back 20 KG of animal fat or suet though?

Today's lesson: do not entrust packages to a 19-year-old messenger. Even if his tattoo is covered, his sunglasses and black leather jacket are not.

In Quebec they only seem to care about alcohol. The SAQ probably pays their salaries. The report is that the Canadian customs agents are on top of everything. A particularly diligent agent opened the box I'd sent (cutting the packing tape) and dissecting one of the enclosed SECRET WORDS in front of the bearer, just to make sure I hadn't stuffed them all full of drugs. (BWAH HA HA, I only put drugs in half of them.)

Coming home on my last US road trip I maxed out the measly $20/person dairy allotment with high fat % butter. Why doesn't butter count as animal fat?? Oregon has some great artisanal dairy products.Isn't nice to know you can bring back 20 KG of animal fat or suet though?
