Mr. Chow on 57th St...?

My daughter and I have dinner reservations here at the end of the month. Is it as wonderful as I've heard? Is it worth the $$$$? What dishes should we not pass up? Thanks!

try to have j lo, jay z or diddy in your party and you'll have a blast

“One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. 'Oh, no!', I said, 'Disneyland burned down.' He cried and cried, but I think that deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.”

Help. I want to get into Rao's again.

(No, I haven't been before, it's the "wanting" that just happened again. I get it every six months or so.)

It's funny that the same CHer who insists they don't withhold prime-time reservations at Minetta also insists that Rao's isn't exclusive.

(Somehow a post pointing that out on CH got 86ed.)

This same guy has quite a rap sheet. He once described the Katz's sandwiches as "chintzy" and recently insisted that the prices at Riverpark were the same as the Waterfront Ale House.

Stopping the Cling Wrap from moving on the bench?

As the last of my roll is nearing, the container is becoming lighter and is tipping over on the counter, then my roll of plastic falls out. Sheesh, ok I know, worst case scenario. But I was wondering what I could use to add weight to the container to stop it from acting up on me?
Any idea out there? Maybe I should make a trip to hardware store and seek out something in the shape of a ruler but just super heavy.

Why not just pick up the container with one hand, and pull the cling wrap with the other hand?

I don't think she's seen a hairdresser since she took this new job.
It was not a new dish, as I recognised my tooth marks. Wilfrid

She's been too busy.

What I want to know is what to do with a very beautiful and expensive butcher's block that was given to me by my mother. Only later did I find out (from my sisters) that mom and her disgusting boyfriend did "it" on said block. Since it was so heavy I hadn't moved in the house yet. It's been in the garage for six years. What would you do?

Xmas gift for the sisters.

Or mom.

Or if mom is dead, it would make a dandy gravestone.

There must be some used fetish furniture auction site. Though you might be asked to provide a dna sample for authentication. How do you feel about that?
