It is my great grandmother's 100th birthday on Friday and I need to take her somewhere appropriate. From all the recommendations, I've narrowed it down to either Le Bernardin or Sammy's Roumanian. You guys choose for me.

You must run don't walk to Eastern Surprise, where you are assured of a welcome like family. The decor is redolent of the old empire, and every dish elicits the personal attention of the skilled chef.
