Good work. I found Nashville disappointing foodwise after Memphis (better in plenty of other ways), but I was less mobile.
if you don't have a car/mobility, I don't think Nashville would be doable from a food perspective, since so much of interest is off of the various highways/pikeways in and out of the city center. I've only been to memphis twice and so haven't really thoroughly gone through it...they're just very different in feel/'flavor'--nashville has a much more entrenched touristy vibe, which is amplified by the relative poverty/blue-collarness that can be found like 5 minutes off of 'Broadway'

So, I was going to say...any updates on eating in Nashville? Back in the heyday of this thread, the general answer was don't.
