This is for all you planners out there, and eveyone else too. On October 16 I'll be hosting an Oktoberfest dinner at Union. The meal will be served family style with paired beers in three courses plus dessert. There will be multiple dishes per course so pacing will be important. Plenty of German favorites planned for the menu, or as Ethan said "We're going to do this up right!" Post, PM, or email me and we'll get the list started. Prost!

That really sucks, hmmm, if we get a few more people who are allergic to beer maybe we could work out a German wine pairing, Ethan has a few on the wine list anyways.please add me to the list!! Not sure Speck will accompany me, he's allergic to beer..

if you're taking "maybes" put rob down as undecided - though if we ever near capacity - he shouldn't get anyone else's place. otherwise, i'll try to convince him to come. i love german wine...

If the wine thing works out & it's in my budget I'd love to come too. No allergy here, just never met a beer I liked...That really sucks, hmmm, if we get a few more people who are allergic to beer maybe we could work out a German wine pairing, Ethan has a few on the wine list anyways.
A change of meat is often good, and those who are wearied of common food take new pleasure in a novel meal.
