While not being offal obsessed like many people out there, I do love chicken hearts. The duck hearts were a step above - with the slight gaminess of duck without the funkiness of beef hearts. The reduction it was served with was also very tasty.
FWIW, I noticed that Murray's was selling Siggi's Skyr - an Icelandic yogurt/cheese mashup. As far as I know, it was only previously available at the market. People seemed to love it, though - at $2.99 for 6 ounces - I haven't tried it yet.
Has anyone seen what their Restaurant Week menu looks like? I have a ressie on Friday and I don't know if I should break my "only Danny Meyer restaurants" for RW.
