apps to manage your fridge and pantry
i have yellow stickies that say things like: "use up the buttermilk before __" "buy heavy cream" "put the ground beef in portions, label and freeze before __" why do i need an app?

from time to time, i see something in a magazine or on the subway that i must have. some of you must have a similar ache when you see something special. i think we need a thread to identify and source those things. i'll start with hamish's raincoat:
it's wrong but i want one, so bad. i think it's the fornasetti-style eyes that grabbed me. who made this?
what do you covet, but need help identifying?
