What are some good options near Pike Place? The Crumpet Shop looks really good. Le Pichet for pastries to go is another idea.

Are you specifically looking for take out?  Cafe Campagne has wonderful eat-in breakfast and Le Pichet has the delicious Oeufs Plat in addition to pastries.  Le Panier has decent croissants and other breakfast pastries and then there's The Daily Donut...

My personal favorite is the humbao (curry beef) from mee sum bakery.
